What CarVeil Is
CarVeil provides car deal intelligence — benchmarks, grades, and negotiation context based on market data. CarVeil is an information service. We do not facilitate vehicle transactions, act as a broker, or provide financial advice.
Using CarVeil
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of deal information you enter.
- Free tier features are provided as-is with no uptime guarantee.
- Paid features (Decision Bundle, The Desk) are subject to the refund policy described at carveil.com/support.
Data You Submit
- Deal submissions (closed prices, trade-in values) are used in aggregate to improve CarVeil's benchmarks.
- Individual submissions are never exposed to other users.
- By submitting a deal, you grant CarVeil a perpetual license to use the aggregated, anonymized data in benchmarks.
Disclaimers
- CarVeil grades and benchmarks are based on available market data and may not reflect every market condition.
- A deal grade is not a guarantee of savings or vehicle quality.
- CarVeil is not responsible for decisions made based on CarVeil data.
- Benchmark accuracy depends on comp count. Low comp count is always disclosed.
Payments
- Decision Bundle is a one-time purchase providing full deal analysis for one vehicle, including deal grade, negotiation intel, Watch Outs, and payment decoder.
- CarVeil Watch is free with email signup. Watched vehicles can be removed from your dashboard at any time.
- Refunds are governed by the policy at carveil.com/support.
- Payments processed by Stripe.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform (submitting false deal data, automated scraping, or abuse of the refund policy).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
